Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [24 hours].


CREM’ZO IT is liable for any products damaged during shipping, provided specific conditions are met. If you receive your order damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Record a video of the package opening process. The video must start before the package is opened and show the package in its original condition and packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.
  • Ensure that the video clearly shows the damaged item and the shipping materials.

  • Our team will review the video and, if the claim is approved, we will cover the costs of the damaged item(s) and arrange for a replacement.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping Restrictions

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility:- Our policy for return lasts for up to 3 days from the date of delivery. No such claim or request for refund can be entertained after 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, with no signs of wear or damage (like physical and water damage), and must include all original packaging, accessories and documentation.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how and where to send your return package.

Please ensure that the return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. Record a clear and side by side video of that product before packaging it securely. If we found any damages during courier then our company will not be held responsible and refund will depend on subject to inspection of the product.

Return Shipping Costs:- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

For returns due to our error, we will pay that amount.

Condition of Returned Items:- All returned products must be in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Items that show any sign of wear, damage, or missing part(s) may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds Policy

Refund Process:- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Process:- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product with the same model, please contact us at ( OR Call on +91 9650145374).

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back the defective or damaged item.
